How to get schol uniform

To get school uniform or supplies off ourselves all you need to do is attend one of our open dates. These dates are located at Brandhall Community Hub (151 Castle Road West, Oldbury B68 0EL).

Open Dates Autumn/Winter 2024:

All dates are 10am - 2pm

September 10th & 26th
October 8th & 24th
November 5th & 21st
December 3rd & 12th

At our open events all uniform and supplies will be on display for you to select anything that you need FREE of charge. Please note we cannot guarantee we have the uniform or supplies you need in stock.

Please note our building is not fully wheelchair accessible. The ground floor of the building is wheelchair accessible, but the second floor where we are located is not. Please contact us prior to your visit and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Items per Customer

To enable us to help as many children get free school uniform, we limit the number of items per child. This can be seen on the left. This stops overconsumption so there is enough stock for everyone.

Forms

We ask that all customers fil out a form when they shop with us. This includes feedback. It helps us better our service and see what areas and age groups need help most.

Who is eligible for free uniform from us?

We all know how expensive school uniform can be, so if you are struggling to get your child kitted out then we will be happy to help you. Your personal income does not play a factor, so in theory everyone is eligible. Just simply visit us on one of our open days, we do not question anyone on why they need our services.

What schools do you work with?

We work in and around the Oldbury Area and the Rowley Regis Area. There are lots of schools in these areas that we work alongside so we can provide their pupils with uniform. However you do not go to a school in these specific areas, as long as you are able to make it to our base at Brandhall Community Hub then WE WILL HELP YOU.

Collection

Our click and collect service is only available for social and support workers who are obtaining uniform on behalf of their clients. If this applies to you please contact us with the items you need and their sizes and we will get your items ready to collect at an agreed date (all items are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee we have the items you need in stock).

Unfortunately we do not offer click and collect service for the general public, our new base is now set up in a 'shop' manner so you can come and pick the items you need, please see our poster at the top of this page for our open dates. (all items are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee we have the items you need in stock).
